Just a quick Update, this has nothing to do with video edting, just about life and plus is the last tuesday of the year 2009 I feel like is a great time to be writting this.
I had a talk with a friend of mine this weekend and issues laid out on the table and squared up our differences and I feel really good because I spoke my mine on the situation and got the answers I needed. And I am focused to see what 2010 brings for me.
I have this feeling that 2010 is going to be a great year and I wanted to leave any unsolved issues in 2009 and start fresh in 2010 which I have...so I will see what the Lord has planned for in 2010.
2010 Goals

Sunday Thoughts
What up World
This month started off pretty good especially for me, becasue you know the Greatest Day arrived on Decemember 1, 2009, it was my bday finally turned 25, man I feel old but o well God has blessed me so far, but I feel is time to change things up and do the grown man thing, and take a lot of responsibility of things or situations that I get myself into.
So before the New Year I will like to figure situations out, mend fences good or bad, I just want to go into the New Year with a different mentality and a ton of focus, I dont want any 2009 problems to follow me into 2010, I feel thats my year and I feel God has something big planned for and I am recieving that now. And dont get me wrong 2009 has been really good for me, I meet some really nice people, I met some potential people...but it has been fun..sometimes I wished things were different but it is what is..Maybe some good can come out of it..we shall see i guess.
First all, I have to say I cooked a bomb meal for the family, coconut rice, bbq chicken, King Kas special sauce..bomb..ya boy can cook y'all..lol...
It has been a really long time since I update y'all on what I am doing, life has been crazy, hectic, whatever you want to call it, but it has not been smooth sailing as I would like call it. Over the past few months I have been evaluating my relationships with others, friends, and trying to settle whatever difference's we might have before the New Year comes. And relationships I mean various types use your imagination if you dont get it, but certain things have been bothering and it inspired me to write this blog today, just to express my feelings towards everything that has been going over the past few months.

Change of topic on a side note The Planet Afreeka Video Project has been going really well, just finishing up the last video shoot of the year before the official Fashion Show/Launch Party Jan 9th, 2010 @ Empire in Hollywood. So be on the lookout for the video it will hit youtube and facebook this week and support King Kas Productions and Planet Afreeaka.

Is King Kas posted a blog after i dont know how long..too be honest with you..but it is my last day of being 24 i am bout to hit the grown man hood you know 25 dang I cant believe i met it to this year God has really been good to me.
And 24 is one of favorite years besides 22...and i am bless to almost see 25
I can now rent a car cheap and also insurance gets cheaper lol..not for me tho got a big ticket so ya..
But Thank God is almost here...I am bout to make the most of 25 God willing i see it...

The Bird Call Launch Party
Whats good blog world
So last night was a pretty good night, had fun at my bro's launch party for his new studio, studio was pretty tight tight 4 stories. And now The Bird Call has a place to call home, is about to be a good year.
I will like to give a shout out to my brother Ruwanga for throwing one hell of a party last night in hollywood and King Kas Productions was there to witness this great occassion.
O i almost forgot Raz B from B2k was there O Lord that man thought he was the life of the party but reality check that was like 7 years ago..but I am sure with The Bird Call he can possibly make his come back...
But other than that it was a great night hopefully Ru agrees to throw my party in his new pad for my 25th bday

Wow So Long
What up Blog World
Man it has been a while since i posted anything on here and i know y'all miss my posts. It has been quite a busy past couple of weeks for me with school homework, projects all that and just life in general.
Video stuff has been on hold because i have not found time to out of school to edit but after these midterms next week i will be back at it again.
I have official been the Planet Afreeka videographer, thats quite nice and i just purchased some mics for my camera, ready to make some crisp videos and interviews with this mic, I am moving with this productions business.
This weekend is going to be a busy one again for me because i have to study for 3 midterms but i will be fine...so you might not hear from me in a while again
Wish me luck in my basketball game tonight

Thursday Update
What up Blog World
It has been a while since i wrote anything or given any updates regarding what i am doing. School has started and my schedule is pretty tight 18 units 7 classes that's a load and i am trying to balance everything out and prioritze my life accordingly. I finally got to work out today after a rough beginning of the week i was excited to workout ..great feeling
This is going to be a crazy weekend so much homework to do..but will definitely start them now so I have less to do this weekend.

Prayers Answer
What up World
I must admit it has being the craziest summer and begining of the school year. Had no Job all summer depended on my credit card to survive pretty much.
But to make a long story short I appeal to get my financial aid for the school year and they took forever to to approve it finally after all the prayers they finally approved it so now i can pay for some bills.
And believe it or not i was ten minutes late to class monday, mind you is the first day of class and I kid you not the professor told me he was going to drop me from the class, and when i checked my schedule this fool really dropped me but i prayed about it and then sent him an email and he let me back in the class.
So if you are in any situations pray God always answers prayers
Cast all fears to him for he cares for you. 1 Peter 4:7

First Day of School
Wat Up world
Today Cal Poly Pomona started school..had about two classes..quite a boring day for me to be honest...right now i am exhausted should be sleep but am still up about to read this book before my class tomorrow..so that should be fun..ya right lol..
But overall I would say today was productive... I would have to see what tomorrow has in store for me...starting with an 8am class dang i hate those classes but i want my minor so i have to take it..
till then world i am out

Life In The Video Bizz
What Up People
This past week and half has been crazy dealing with so much..from financial aid...to not having money to pay for bills....and finding money to pay for school...but through all this I am still alive so i am thankful for that...I can complaining or make excuses of why some of these things are happening in my life but at the end of it is destiny that stands before all of these situations.
I can tell you that i have made progress in my day job not really getting paid for it but i know it will all be beneficial in the future..My production company is on it is way...Yessir

First the Planet Afreeka Photo Shoot video will be out for everyone to view this week so keep looking for the posting to the video.
Learning to use different production software to enhance my knowledge on video editing so you will definitely see more of my creative side through these programs..

Work Night
What up people
Haha is like 12:54 am and I am writting a blog lol...but just a quick update I am working on the Planet Afreeka Photo Shoot Video..pretty excited about the video...so I will try my best to make it look clean, and with permission from the CEO of Planet Afreeka Clothing, the world premier of this video should be any day now...once is done though...
I will write about my adventurous saturday later today...

Daily Activity
Today was a great day
Woke up in the am.....ate my breakfast like you care...lol...got ready to hit the gym to do some weight lifting...
Got to the gym around 1135am...hit the weights till about 130pm plus or minus then...started running some bball drills for about another hour.... then played for another 3 hours or so...didnt get home till about 540pm.....intense i know....
But overall it was a productive day...now i am reviewing for my final for tomorrow morning...that should be pretty fun....just excited summer school is over tomorrow...
Tomorrow at 11am i will be a free man.....from then on you will start seeing more of my work on this blog site....meaning videos....
so till then stay tune..

Photo Shoot-Planet Afreeka
Today was another work day for me, was out in Lemert Park, filming the Planet Afreeka photo shoot.
Had a great time out there with the crew and models etc.
we were out there for about 3 hours taking pictures and filming the event, we met a lot of interesting characters over the duration of this shoot.
So I will be busy again next week working on the video for this shoot..so you should be able to see the scenery of this event pretty soon.

The Past Four Days

What up People
Is King Kas with another blog update...I dont really have any video update's to report but it has been a crazy four days for me though with school.
I have had an average of 3 hours of sleep in the past four days because of school work mostly trying to finish my lab reports...so i am pretty drained at the moment. Thats BOSS status doing everything at all cause to get stuff done....thats my drive to everything in life...
Today is day four day, all of my lab reports and homework are done....no more..yay..lol...till finals..and then i can get back to work on these videos.
But i had a productive day finished everything i needed to do including my daily workouts at the gym so i feel complete.
coming up this saturday the production company is back at work recording another shoot for Planet Afreeka Clothing. I will let you all know how that goes on saturday.
Tonight is going to be a relaxing night going out in the town to hang out with a friend or something...but is going be a relaxing evening

Today was a pretty crazy day...I was up till 6 am this morning working on lab reports and later did some homework after helping my team to victory today in the superstar league bball game.. so I am running on 2 hours of sleep...but work has to get done..
I would say the mission was accomplished today because we had two games and won both and i did most of my homework, well I am almost done..and my lab reports are close to complete..it now gives me time to work on this Sunset Photo Shoot Video that should be out sometime this week or next depending on the completion of the project.
Back to work ......

I am new to this blog thing but i just want to have a means of connections with the people and to let ya'all know what I am doing..
I have a dream to one day own a productioons company thats another reason why i created this blog to keep you informed on all the things i am doing towards accomplishing that goal.

A random fact about me I have never taken a class that dealt with production so you can see i am a self learner pretty much learning everything as i go it was a hobby and it still is, but i have bigger dreams for this future production company.
