40 day Summary -Long Awaiting

I know i promised to write a review or summary of what i learned from my reading for the first 40 days of the year, from this book i was reading "Purspose Driven Life".
For those who have been waiting so pateintly :), this is for you.
This book was quite interesting written by Rick Warren, I actually started reading this book when it first came out through a church bible study but i only got up to chapter 20 which was the twentieth day, it was not consecutive. So this year i decided would not it be a great idea to start of the year right by spending the first 40 days of the year actually taking part in this journey that Rick Warren spoke of, so I embarked on tha journey.
The first chapter talks about how we are all hear to live for God and him alone, so in our daily lives no matter what the circumstances are we should always remember that God has our back. we should remember that God is the conerstone of our lives and we should keep him first in everything we do.
Chapter two was about how we were put on this earth for a reason, we didnt just pop up out of now where accidentally, God had a plan for our birth, who our parents were going to be, when we were going to be born, time, etc. Even kids born out of wedlock were purposely created for Gods purpose, so for those of you out there who thing no one loves you, if no one does remember that God created you for his purpose and he loves you.
"I am your creator,You were in my care even before you were born", says the Lord. Isaiah 44:2.
We are alive today because God wanted us to be, so we should give God glory everyday we woke and are able to do the things we do daily.
Chapter three, what is the driving purpose of your life? I hope God is the driving force behind everything you do daily, because without him living on this earth is difficult, we may not see end results of Gods purpose but in due time we will see what having patience will bring in our lives. This Chapter pretty help me understand that I am not living for myself I am living for the glory of God, and I should make him the center of my life.

Feb 14th-Valentines Day
What up Blog World
Is King Kas reporting live from Glendora, CA.. Breaking News I have just been informed that love day has arrived, omg I dont have anyone to enjoy this day with, what do i do, nothing lol. Sike...I have a lot of chilling to do..time to myself to relax and watch the NBA all star game
I remember 4 years ago when I had a girlfriend and this day came about, I guess I was suppose stop my life on that day to chill with my girlfriend at the moment, but the craziest thing was life does not work that way. I tried to improvised since I worked on the day of this event and could not get the day off. I wanted to do dinner after but it didnt workout as planned still drove to her spot to deliver some things, I even wrote a poem for her..wow still didnt feel it was appreciated. Well I guess part of it could have been my fault right?, because I could have probably sent flowers or something to her job, but it did not work out that way, I still tried to make plans for the day.
Long story short some people just dont appreciate it when people are actually making valid efforts.. oh and never believe some women, when they says is cool I am not mad...lies lies lies..lol...they are actually saying this dumb (****)..I know this trust me.
And my friend posted a status today, about this day I personally feel is overatted, but dont get me wrong one of these days I will celebrate it if at this time of the year I have someone to celebrate it with.. The moral of the story is, dont just wait till FEB 14th to tell people you love them..it should be 365 days a year.

Feb 13..Valentines Day Pre Message
What up Everyone,
Well today is saturday the 13th, the day before valentines day..well I definitely dont have a Valentine, but I am sure going to enjoy my day..Just a little side comment love should be shown to people 365 days out of the year not jsut one day out of the year . But i hope everyone enjoys Valentines day with there love ones and for the single ones out there dont be depress, because you dont have someone there is alway something to do. God is love peace.

What up World,
I hope life is treating you all good...well for me even with all the school work...and still feel blessed to be alive and breathing.
But I am extremely excited becasue my 40 day Purpose Driven Life Journey is coming to an end. I dedicated the first 40 days of this year to finding out what my purpose on this earth is, not saying I will not be doing my devotions daily but I wanted to spend a lot of time reading the book by Rick Warren, and so far God has blessed in 2010 even with the challenges that I face everyday God is still good. And when I finish the 40 days I will share what I have learned

What Blog World
Sharing a little bit of what I read from my devotion today. I read about how God deserves our best, in everything we do. And he has shaped us to have uniqe personality and to have different talents, and to figure out what we are good at and what we not good at. The only way we will truely find out what our talents are is through experiments of various things and also asking others what they see in us that has been successful so far. The goal is to use these abilities and talents to the glory of God to serve others with our varous talents. But God says if we do not tap into those talents they will be lost and we should not be afraid to try knew things even if it does not workout it was an experiment. For me I have been told I can cook, i hope to use that skill to one open a restuarant and hopefully make people happy. I also love mentoring youths, and i feel i can accomplish that through sports by coaching and helping kids out. But I am sure there is more of my talents that have yet to be taped, and I hope to discover those talents.
